This automotive dual-zone fogging test chamber is specifically designed to simulate complex climatic environments. It features independent temperature (-40℃ to 150℃) and humidity (5% to 98% RH) control across its two zones, along with precise fog concentration management. It accurately replicates real-world "fog adhesion" conditions to test components—such as lamps, sensors, seals, interior parts, and metal components—for their performance in resisting fogging, maintaining seals, preventing mildew, and avoiding corrosion under alternating temperature and humidity cycles.
It is suitable for vehicle manufacturing, component production, R&D testing, and after-sales analysis. The chamber complies with industry test standards including EQC-1296 2013, SMTC 3 651 002, SMTC 3 661 001, and Toyota TSC3000G.
